ORDER

Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, dated 15.09.2016, the petitioner participated in the tender process. It is represented that subsequently, the tender of petitioner has been rejected on the ground that he did not satisfy the technical qualification. petition has already been granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.12614,12615, 12616,12617 and 14350 of 2016 are closed.
