O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.23477 of 2022, dated 12.10.2022 has not been complied with.

2.Today(11.07.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court has been strictly complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.A1/1651/2022, dated 10.07.2023. Copy of the proceedings has also been submitted before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has raised certain objections that the above proceedings cannot be considered as a compliance of the orders of this Court. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner's application is for considering his representation and also to grant patta in favour of this petitioner. However, the respondents have cancelled the patta, which stands in the name of the petitioner.

4.This Court considered the rival submissions made on either side and perused the materials placed on record. 5.This Court has passed the following order in WP(MD) No.23477 of 2022, dated 12.10.2022:- "5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders after issuing notice to the necessary parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." It is revealed from the order of this Court that a direction has been issued by this court to pass appropriate orders alone after issuing notice to the necessary parties and there is no positive direction. 3/5
