Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 3rd Respondent in Ref.No.6062/E2/2013 dated 30.04.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Care Coordinator in ART Centre Government Hospital Melur with continuity of service with all other benefits.

Though the prayer in the writ petition is widely worded, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 16.08.2016, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Alagudevan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

3.The representation has been sent by registered post with acknowledgement due and the acknowledgement was also enclosed. In the representation, it is submitted that the petitioner is a person affected with HIV positive and the petitioner is living in penurious circumstances and even though the petitioner has been discharging his duties with commitments and devotion to duty, still the petitioner has been terminated from service without reasons. The terms and conditions, under which, the appointment was made is not available. However, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2016 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
