Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to transfer the patta in the petitioner's name in respect of his landed property comprised in Survey No.367/3A1A1 of an extent of 20 Cents situated at Munnilaikottai Village, Authoor Taluk, Dindigul District, after conducting survey and demarcating the said property by considering his application dated 08.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's application for transfer of patta has not been considered by the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 1st respondent on instructions submits that enquiry has been completed on 08.05.2023 and orders would be passed within a reasonable time.

3.In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
