PRAYER :- To extend the time to comply the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5527 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5527 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5527 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025 and this Hon'ble Court enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The petitioners are coolie workers and belongs to poor family. The first petitioner was suffering from severe illness for the past one month, due to his health condition, they were not able to produce sureties before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court. It is neither willful nor wanton but due to the above said bonafide reason. For the said reasons only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5527 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court 2/4

is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
