2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14918 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
