This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the second respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 28.06.2021.
