ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to give police protection, on the basis of the representation dated 04.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the father of the petitioner, by name, S.Chellappa, gave a complaint, based upon which, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, he gave a statement to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13459 of 2021 the effect that the dispute between him and the 6th respondent will be worked out through proper civil proceedings. 3.The 6th respondent has also appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement to the effect that in respect of their boundary dispute, they will make an arrangement to measure the property by the Government Surveyor and if it is not possible, they will workout their remedy through proper civil proceedings. Based upon the statement given by both sides, it came to be closed on 25.08.2021. Closure report copy is also circulated. 4.

Since the complaint given by the father of the petitioner came to be closed stating that it is purely a civil dispute and they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings, this petition filed by this petitioner is not maintainable and as undertaken by his father, he will workout his remedy through appropriate Court through appropriate civil proceedings. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
