ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry on the application submitted by the petitioner, dated 08.12.2015 under Section 82 and 83 of Registration Act.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that enquiry was over, but so far no order has been passed by the first respondent.

merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
