This Writ Petition has been filed to direct third Respondent to conduct a proper enquiry in the CSR.No.72 of 2019, dated 22.06.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given the petitioner herein has been registered in Crime No.52 of 2019 and after completion of investigation, final report has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.

W.P.(MD)No.16676 of 2019 3.Since the case has been registered and final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
