ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2025 and consequently, to cancel the patta in Patta No.495 and restore the old Patta No.450 in the name of the petitioner's son. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.J.Mohamed Ibrahim, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.From the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that the subject property belongs to the petitioner's son. Therefore, the writ petitioner has no right over the subject property. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar to the son of the petitioner, who is said to be the original owner of the property from approaching this Court for necessary directions.
