This writ of Mandamus has been filed directing the respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 26.08.2016 and pass necessary orders fixing the pay scale for the petitioner in the post of Clerk with effect from 10.04.2007 and release all monetary benefits with arrears and also include the Petitioner's name in the promotional panel in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the limited prayed sought for, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to

consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.08.2016, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
