ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere in civil disputes and also not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent with regard to a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that as of now no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
