Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 2.The revision petitioner is the decree holder in O.S.No.41 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram. He had filed E.P.No.57 of 2023. Seeking speedy disposal of the same, this Civil Revision Petition came to be filed on 09.07.2024.

3. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel informed the Court that on account of the Court boycott, the petitioner's counsel could not appear and that led to dismissal of E.P.No.57 of 2023. The petitioner has since filed IA seeking restoration. The learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram is directed to number IA and give a disposal as expeditiously as possible. In the event of IA being restored, E.P.No.57 of 2023 itself shall be disposed of within a period of four months thereafter.
