ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para. No.7 (ii) of the order made in Cr.M.P.No. 1169 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 on the file of the learned Principal District Sessions and Judge Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil in Cr.M.P.No.1169 of 2026 dated 17.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
