ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.283 of 2016.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the concerned Magistrate. A copy of the closure report has also served on the counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the court below and workout his remedy in accordance with law.
