To relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.21829 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026 in connection with Crime No.11 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District registered for offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) of NDPS Act.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 21829 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026 in connection with Crime No.11 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21829 of 2025 dated 15.04.2026 and hence, the concerned Court has also issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 29-06-2026 Lm To 1.The Inspector of Police, Kottampatti Police Station, Madurai District.
