ORDER
The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider her representation dated 23.01.2017.
2. According to the petitioner, she had purchased the following lands :
i)Survey No.83, Vadamalapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, measuring 44 cents, vide sale deed in Doc.No.3223/2011 ii)Survey No.81/1A, Vadamalapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, measuring 605.76 sq.meter, each, vide sale deeds in Doc.Nos.3224 to 3227/2011 iii)Survey No.81/4, Vadamalapuram Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, measuring 6540 sq.feet, vide sale deed in Doc.No.4842/2011 admeasuring to a total extent of 1 acre 21 cents and according to her there is neither civil suit nor rival claim whatsoever pending in respect of the properties in question and as such, she is enjoying possession over the same. Therefore, she has submitted a representation dated 23.01.2017, to the first respondent seeking patta in her name, in respect of the aforesaid properties and as the same is kept pending, without any action, the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before this Court.
3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merit and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
