For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.83 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.83 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner and other accused abused, assaulted and threatened the de-facto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the petitioner is having five previous cases.

moved an application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7232 of 2023 and this Court dismissed the application in respect of the first accused is concerned and allowed in respect of the second accused is concerned on 19.04.2023. There is no change in circumstances of the case, even then, the petitioner without surrender, keep on filing the petition for anticipatory bail. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
