ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the representation dated 31.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by the wife of this petitioner, a case in Crime No.16 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent has been registered, based upon which, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.09.2021. It appears that on the same day of arrest, this petition came to be filed.

3.Since the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody, he has to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
