ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the Fast Track Court No.II, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate Level, Madurai) to complete the trial process in STC.No.8 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner appeared before the trial Court regularly, in view of the absence of the respondent, he could not be cross-examined and the trial proceeding is still pending. ''B' diary extract has also been produced. It appears that due to the non appearance of the respondent herein, the case is kept pending.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial process in STC.No.8 of 2019 and dispose of the same on merits within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.After the disposal, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
