ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Inspector of of Police, Appanthiruppathi Police Station, Madurai District/ the second respondent herein to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint, as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.No.347 of 2022, dated 20.04.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that till now, the respondent police has not complied with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.No. 347 of 2022. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint lodged by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 347 of 2022, from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, Madurai District, and the same is pending.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.347 of 2022, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
