Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 would submit that the request of the petitioner has already been considered and the building has been demolished. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The said submission is recorded.
