Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue the death certificate of my grandmother based upon his representation dated 12.08.2016, vide form No.O.M.036164/2014 consequently take action upon the erring 2nd respondent who demanded bribe from me and made me run from pillar to post by giving evasive reply and also misplaced the necessary documents submitted by me to him.

O R D E R

This is a writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 12.08.2016. 2.In the representation dated 12.08.2016, the petitioner has stated that the respondent has not furnished the copy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner's grand mother. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the process of collecting information is over and within two weeks, the respondent will furnish the Death Certificate itself. 4.Recording the same, granting two weeks time to the respondent to furnish the Death Certificate to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
