When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the jurisdictional Tahsildar submitted that in Madakulam Village, already free house site pattas have been issued to a number of persons and there is no scope for issuance of any further patta. The petitioners' representation had already been considered and rejection order is going to be passed today. It is open to the petitioners to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
