PRAYER :- To relax the condition stipulated by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 5742/2026 dated 07.04.2026.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 5742/2026 dated 07.04.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai, on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
