ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2021.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.245 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a money dispute relating to the business transaction between the parties and therefore, it was closed on 22.08.2021.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by conducting enquiry, nothing survives for further consideration or direction. W.P.(MD)No.16449 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved over the result of the enquiry. No costs.
