The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.4732/2018/A6 dated 17.09.2018, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary.

2. Mr.M.Rajarajan, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. When the matter is is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the entire selection process, based on which the present writ petition has been filed, have been cancelled for withdrawn, as no one was eligible and that the respondent is decided to go ahead with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the fresh selection process, after issuing proper advertisement.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
