ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2593 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
