[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this litigation under the guise of Public Interest Litigation to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on his representation dated 06.06.2016, wherein he alleged that the fourth respondent had changed the agency in the name of his brother A.K.Ganesan in respect of Shop No.A38 at South Bazaar, Thisayanvilai, Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.We have heard the learend counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. We have also perused the records carefully.

3.In our considered view, there is no merit in the petition. There are no substantive allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition indicating any public interest at all in this petition. The petitioner wants to settle his personal score with the President of the Village Panchayat. He can work out his remedy in the manner known to law .

4.In such view of the matter, no relief, as sought for in the petition, could be granted. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
