2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first and second respondents, respectively in both petitions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 and 2 have got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 92 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any 2/3
further reference to this Court.
