None appears for the petitioner.

2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the contempt petition. The petitioner has obtained an order for demarcating the four boundaries of the petition mentioned property.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition mentioned property is a water body and that therefore it cannot be surveyed at the instance of the private applicants.
