O RDER This petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.158 of 2022 on the file of the respondent No.1 police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same was taken on file against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 354, 379 and 506(i) IPC.

3.Since the very purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been defeated on account of completion of the investigation, this petition becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case if she is advised so. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
