Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. According to the petitioner, he made representations before the respondent on 14.10.2014, 16.06.2015 and 06.06.2016, seeking to grant patta in respect of her property. But, the respondent did not pass any order on the petitioner's representations. Hence, she has filed the present Writ Petition.

4. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 14.10.2014, 16.06.2015 and 06.06.2016 and pass suitable orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
