This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's school and the school children in pursuant to the order of injunction granted by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in C.R.P(MD)No.96 of 2015, dated 02.02.2015 based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that in M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 in C.R.P.(MD)No.96 of 2015 an order of injunction has been passed in his favour on 02.02.2015 and that has been violated by the respondents 3 & 4. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint, dated 10.03.2017, based on which, a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.125 of 2017. A Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, this Court directs the second respondent to call both parties for enquiry in C.S.R.No.125 of 2017 and take action in accordance with law. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
