The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property in S.No.91/9A2 in Ponnampatti Municipality, Marungapuri Taluk, Thuvarangurichi, Trichy District, by considering his online application dated 14.05.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Mohammed Aquil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 16.04.2025 from one Aasha Parveen. The revenue document stands in the name of the petitioner's vendor in patta No.4126. The petitioner submitted an on-line application on 14.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/15/006935, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent received an objection from one Noor Mohamed and hence, the process of survey could not be completed.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 14.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, Noor Mohamed and other interested parties.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
