Police Station, Madurai District instead of the Sub Inspector of Police, Ammainaickanur Police Station, Dindigul District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17396 of 2025 dated 09.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
