2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order sought to be implemented already cancelled by the Registrar, Co-operative Society.

4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners wants liberty to challenge the order passed by the Registrar Cooperative Society.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the Registrar Cooperative Society, if he is so advised.
