Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The petitioner is a retired government employee. He sought some information regarding one K.Ravi. Since it was not furnished, he filed an appeal and then second appeal before the commission. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Only for this reason, the first respondent is called upon to take up the petitioner's second appeal and give it an expeditious disposal on merits and in accordance with law.
