The plaintiffs in O.S.No.917 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai filed the said suit for the relief of declaration and injunction. In the said suit, the sisters of the respondents 7 and 8 wanted to get themselves impleaded. The Court below by order dted 03.10.2017, allowed the said I.A. Challenging the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2.It is admitted that the trial is yet to commence.
