This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking examination of a representation given by the petitioner dated 29.03.2023.

2.Heard Mr.ALA.Raja Chenthil, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selva Gaenesan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The Court has to refrain itself from entering into a discussion on facts, particularly, since arbitration proceedings are now pending before the first respondent/Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Madurai. It is also confirmed by the learned Special Government Pleader that the proceedings are on-going.

4.When the matter is under consideration by the competent authority having jurisdiction to examine the same, this Court should permit enquiry to proceed in manner known to law. A representation has been given pending that particular proceedings, on 29.03.2023. This 2/4

Court can never issue any direction seeking consideration of any such representation.
