O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to direct the fourth respondent to issue joint patta in the name of the petitioner and Ammani for the property situated in Natham Old S.No.55, New S.No.490/22, Soliappagoundanur, Jothipatti Village and Post, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District based on the sale deed Document No.2273/2006 dated 01.12.2006. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted a representation dated 19.09.2016 to the respondents, for issuance of joint patta, based on the sale deed dated 01.12.2006, which was forwarded by the first respondent to the fourth respondent, for necessary action. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, if there are no other impediments to do so, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, if any.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
