ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6475 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
