************ [Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and take action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2024. 2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing at the admission stage, learned Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that, the request of the petitioner having been considered was rejected by the 2/5

proceedings issued by the fourth respondent on 11.07.2024 and a copy of which also has been filed before this Court for our perusal. 3.Since the petitioner's request has been rejected on 11.07.2024 and moreover, the date already fixed for conducting the rekla race on 12.07.2024 is over, no further orders can be passed and therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the fourth respondent dated 11.07.2024, in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
