ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to restore the Survey No. 131/2 in the Natham Settlement Register, and update the Patta, FMB sketch, and other online revenue records in respect of the said survey as per order passed by the first respondent dated 29.12.2023 based on the representation of he petitioner dated 01.04.2026.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the first respondent has already passed an order in favour of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 29.12.2023. Therefore, the consequential orders are required to be passed by the Tahsildar.

3. In view of the above, the third respondent / Tahsildar is directed to pass the necessary consequential orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
