ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 27/09/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in C.C.No.193 of 2022 with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 20/05/2023 in D.No.182 of 2023, submitted by the Principal Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai(FAC) this Court made the following order: The Principal Special Judge, I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further period of three months times to dispose of the case in C.C.No.193 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.09.2022.
