Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and to take action on the same as per the communication of the first respondent dated 28.03.2025 and to pass suitable orders by taking action on the erring officials and also to determine compensation for cutting down the teak wood trees from petitioner's agricultural land situated in S.Nos.865/1A, 1B, 1C, Levinjupuram Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, within a time fame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2025 and to take action on the same as per the communication of the first respondent dated 28.03.2025 and to pass suitable orders by taking action on the erring officials and also to determine compensation for cutting down the teak wood trees from petitioner's agricultural land situated in S.Nos.865/1A, 1B, 1C, Levinjupuram Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2/5

2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The limited prayer sought for the petitioner is that to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2025.

4. Recording the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
