This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from issuing No Objection Certificate for installation of Petrol/Diesel outlet and forbearing the third respondent from permitting the fourth respondent to run the retail Petrol/Diesel outlet in S.No.779/11, now SF No.794/2E in Ponnamaravathi West Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the respondents 1 & 2 has already issued the retail outlet of the Bharat Petroleum Corporation to the fourth respondent in the year 2022 itself.

3. Recoding the submission, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
