O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Government of Tamilnadu to make necessary amendment to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Tamilnadu Amendment) Act, 2017 by enabling the provisions of law relating to conduct of "Goat Fight / Kidamuttu" and "Cock Fight / Seval Sandai" in all the Districts of Tamilnadu.

2. There is no question of directing the Government either to make a legislation or to amend the legislation.

3. We, therefore, do not find any reason to entertain this Writ Petition.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
