(This writ petition heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the dangerous old trees (tamarind trees) based on the petitioner's representations dated 07.05.2018, 15.07.2019 and 12.11.2020 2.Heard Mr.M.Palaniselvam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.VPM.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.Mrs.VPM.Vaishnavi, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.16795 of 2020 within 10 days from today, the respondents shall remove the dangerous old trees (Tamarind trees), for which the petitioner has given representations to the respondents for removal. 5.The undertaking given by the respondents through the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, is also satisfied by the said undertaking. After recording the undertaking given by the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
